Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for two restaurant outlets of the company, aligning with the overall business goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
Social Media Management:
Create and manage content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Develop and execute social media campaigns that increase engagement and followers.
Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to maintain a strong online presence.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community around both brands.
Public Relations:
Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers.
Coordinate and manage PR campaigns, including press releases, media kits, and event planning.
Oversee the creation of press materials and ensure consistent messaging.
Monitor media coverage and report on PR campaign effectiveness.
Advertising and Promotions:
Plan and execute advertising campaigns across digital and traditional media channels.
Develop promotional strategies to drive traffic and sales, including special events, partnerships, and seasonal promotions.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure all campaigns are cost-effective and deliver a strong ROI.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and conveys the desired message and aesthetic.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and CRM systems.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
