: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong focus on Google Ad campaigns to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate marketing, with a proven track record of successful Google Ad campaigns, Meta ads, and lead generation for the off-plan primary market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective Google Ad campaigns specifically tailored to real estate.
• Manage and optimize Meta ads to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Generate high-quality leads for off-plan property sales through targeted digital marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate marketing, specializing in Google Ad campaigns.
• Proven expertise in managing successful Meta ads and lead generation for the off-plan primary market.
• Strong understanding and experience in off-plan real estate .
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
