Job Overview:
Marketing manager responsibilities include tracking and analysing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity, hands-on experience with web analytics tools, and being able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and Manage Campaigns : Deploy and oversee marketing campaigns for Off-Plan, Secondary, and Property Management projects from conception to execution.
• Utilize Acquisition Channels: Leverage various organic and paid channels, including content creation, PPC, social media, and lead generation, to drive traffic and conversions.
• Content Production: Create engaging content for the website and blog to attract and convert target audiences.
• Build Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with industry players, agencies, and vendors.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and cost-effectiveness.
• Approve Marketing Materials: Oversee and approve all marketing materials, including digital content and print collateral.
• Campaign Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize results.
• Adjust Strategies: Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns to improve effectiveness.
Requirements / Qualification:
• BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing preferably in the Real Estate industry.
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading across-channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Web Trends).
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Capable of coordinating email and social media marketing strategy
• Well-versed in a variety of content creation tools
• Identifying marketing-qualified leads
• Monitoring and analysing data related to lead generation
