Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the growth of our Manpower Recruitment Company. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years experience in HR Consultancy, demonstrating a proven track record of bringing in new clients, managing existing client relationships, and successfully delivering projects from conceptualization to execution. This role requires a creative thinker with strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

• Identify and target potential clients in the corporate and community sectors to generate new business opportunities.
• Implement strategy
• Promote a business or service
• Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
• Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
• Understand clients' requirements, objectives, and expectations to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
