We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the auctions industry, demonstrating a proven track record of bringing in new clients, managing existing client relationships, and successfully delivering projects from conceptualization to execution. This role requires a creative thinker with strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in the corporate and community sectors to generate new business opportunities.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, industry events, and research.
Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and client needs, adapting strategies accordingly.
Develop and implement effective strategies to convert leads into paying clients, achieving sales targets.

• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Understand clients' requirements, objectives, and expectations to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

• Conceptualization and Proposal Development: Collaborate closely with the design team to conceptualize innovative and visually appealing event proposals and concepts.

Translate client requirements and ideas into compelling proposals that showcase our services, themes, and designs.
Present proposals to clients in a clear and persuasive manner, addressing questions and modifications as needed.

• Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Coordinate with internal teams including logistics, and operations to ensure seamless project implementation.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and take proactive measures to mitigate them.

• Must have CAR AUCTIONS experience
• Will be assigned in: Al Sajaa Industrial- Emirates Industrial City, Sharjah.
