We are a leading furnishings company recognized for our exquisite designs and quality products. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for home decor and a proven track record in creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase market share.

Manage the creation of all marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, emails, and newsletters, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Oversee the company's digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing.

Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs to better align with our products.

Collaborate with the design and sales teams to create promotional campaigns that align with new product launches and seasonal sales initiatives.

Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI.

Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Plan and organize events such as trade shows, and product demonstrations to increase product awareness and sales.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum of 6 years of marketing experience, preferably in the home furnishings or interior design industry.

Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing tools and strategies.

Experience with SEO/SEM, data analysis, and marketing campaigns.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to identify target audiences and devise engaging marketing campaigns.

Proficient in marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite).
