We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a pivotal role in driving our marketing strategy, enhancing our brand presence, and accelerating our growth. As a Marketing Manager, you will lead key marketing initiatives, mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• + Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.This should include allocation of the marketing budget for the year on different activities with a focus on ROI.
• Customer and Partner Relationship Manager: Develop and maintain relationships with your counterparts in our customer and partner base in order to facilitate creation of case studies, PR and marketing events.
• Content Creation: Lead the creation of high-quality content for our website, social channels, and marketing materials, including videos, whitepapers, and case studies.
• Event Management: Plan and manage our participation in trade shows, conferences, and other events, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling presentations, award entries, and marketing materials that support business development efforts.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and inform product and marketing strategies.
• Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee the development and management of our digital presence, including PPC campaigns, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
Qualifications:
• Experience: At least 5 years of marketing experience in a startup, with direct links to retail preferably in organizations where the product was marketed to enterprise customers.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans.
• Writing Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical Mindset: Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, and website content management systems.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Extensive experience in managing digital advertising, SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
• Willingness to Travel: Open to international travel as needed.
• Collaborative Nature: A team player with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
