Qualifications:
With minimum 2 years' experience in similar position.
Preferably have worked in Properties development company (or in Real Estate)
Business and marketing knowledge.
Strong verbal and written communication & administrative skills.
Creative & innovative and can work independently.
Projects and time management.
Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities:
Provides support to marketing department.
Executes marketing strategies for the company's existing projects.
Handles and arranges advertising & promotion of the properties.
Works with marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives.
Develops and execute marketing campaigns and gathers feedback.
Performs market and client research to analyze market trends.
Creates reports on marketing performance.
Maintains schedules for marketing initiatives.
Writes marketing copy, manages social media accounts and coordinating press releases, if there's any.
Prepares and distributes the marketing materials for properties.
