MKV Luxury Car Rental is seeking a creative and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing efforts. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase car rental sales.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
• Manage the company's brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels.
• Oversee the development and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns, including:
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising
• Social media marketing and content creation
• Email marketing campaigns
• Public relations and media outreach
• Traditional marketing channels (e.g., print, radio)
• Analyze marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively and allocate resources strategically.
• Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Customer Service, IT) to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with marketing vendors and partners.
• Track and report on key marketing metrics, such as website traffic, lead generation, and brand awareness.
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals (if applicable).
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the car rental industry or a related B2C (business-to-consumer) environment.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative and results-oriented with a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions.
