Job Summary:
As Marketing Manager, you will report to the Chief Operations Officer (COO). This a key leadership role responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence. This multifaceted position combines business development with creative marketing strategies to achieve our company's objectives. In addition, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Grand Flora Group by expanding the customer base and enhancing the brand presence.
Responsibilities:
Marketing:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and target audiences.
Create engaging and innovative marketing content for various channels, including social media, email, and website.
Analyze market trends and customer behaviour to refine marketing strategies.
Analyze and report on marketing performance, including ROI and KPIs
Oversee the company's online presence, including website optimization and SEO.
Manage, coach and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Develop and manage marketing budgets.
Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and best practices .

Supervisory:
Supervise Sales and Marketing team. Coach, mentor, and motivate the teams.
Education/Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, preferred. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in Business Development and Marketing, with a minimum of 2 (two) years in a managerial role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis and customer behaviour.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals.
Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.
Results - oriented and able to work in a fast - paced environment.
