About us : The King Brothers Properties (TKBP) is a real estate buying and selling brokerage and leasing properties, renting etc. We provide an extensive property search and acquisition service across the commercial and residential markets for both investors and occupiers. Location : Dubai Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Company's overall business objectives and brand identity.
Develop Brand guidelines as per the company requirement and ensure all departments follow brand guidelines for all the medica and marketing works .
Ensure Lead generation from the marketing campaigns and drive the sales team accordingly
Oversee all aspects of marketing communications, including traditional media (print, TV, radio, etc.), digital marketing (social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing), and in-store marketing.
Create compelling marketing materials and collateral that resonate with our target audience.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, drive website traffic, and increase brand awareness.
Analyze marketing campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Support the sales team with marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns designed to increase sales and brand loyalty.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets and influencers.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure the efficient allocation of resources.
Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Participate in market research activities and analyze customer feedback to understand customer needs and preferences.
Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals including Graphic designers, Photographers.
Oversee brand management activities, including brand positioning and messaging.
Prepare marketing plans, budgets, and progress reports.
Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand and business objectives.
Create and curate captivating content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using Canva and the Adobe Suite. (whenever required )
Manage our social media accounts, including daily posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
Oversee and manage email marketing campaigns and other marketing communications using HubSpot CRM, including content development, list management, scheduling, and performance reporting.
Take charge of our PR strategy, including developing PR campaigns, managing media relations, and ensuring a positive public image .
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms, incorporating new opportunities into our strategy.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our social media campaigns align with overall marketing and business goals.
Proactively monitor and manage our online reputation, addressing any potential issues or crises promptly.
Oversee and manage email marketing campaigns, including content development, list management, scheduling, and performance reporting.
Stay well-informed about current events, trends, and conversations within the industry to leverage relevant opportunities.
Efficiently manage the social media advertising budget and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Identify and engage with key influencers and partners to expand our online reach and form strategic partnerships.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE Real Estate market in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, including brand management, digital marketing, and customer relationship marketing.
Experience in developing and managing marketing budgets.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, etc.).
Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven track record as a Marketing/Social Media Manager or in a similar role with 4-5 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong expertise in social media platforms and best practices.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
A creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Outstanding project management and multitasking capabilities.
Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
