Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate properties and generate leads.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, ads, and online listings to showcase properties.
- Manage online marketing efforts, including social media, websites, and online advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing plans for specific properties and projects.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to track performance and optimize marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Organize and attend events such as open houses, property showcases, and networking events.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and projects.
- Monitor and report on marketing budgets and expenses.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company standards in all marketing materials after consultation with Marketing Directo
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least ten (10) years experience in relevant market
- Good ability of negotiations & project Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for real estate marketing.
- Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools is a plus
