We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives from our clinical aspects. Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth. Create and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives and Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing plans. Nature of the Job: Full-time : \xc2\xb7 The candidate must have clinical and technical perspective and identify how they address our customers medication management needs. \xc2\xb7 Develop communication tools such as collateral, web, advertising, to support assigned team/ sales. \xc2\xb7 Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels including on-going support for the sales channel.

• Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes.
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
