Job Description

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles within the beauty or retail industry, with a focus on omnichannel marketing strategies and brand building.
  • Previous experience in managing teams
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms, e-commerce best practices, and retail marketing tactics.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, brand building, and consumer engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities and market dynamics.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for indie beauty, creativity, and innovation, with a commitment to driving positive change in the industry.
  • Arabic language a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine brand positioning, messaging, and identity that align with our mission, values, and target audience.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, influencer collaborations, events, and PR.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging campaign concepts, content, and assets that showcase our product innovation and brand personality.
  • Collaborate with the Ecommerce teams to develop digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, traffic, and conversions.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic to our retail stores, enhance the in-store experience, and increase sales conversion rates.
  • Plan and execute product launch strategies, including pre-launch teasers, influencer seeding, and post-launch promotions, to generate excitement and drive sales.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to build a strong brand presence, engage our community, and cultivate brand advocates.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content across various channels, including social media, blog posts, videos, and product descriptions, that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer preferences through ongoing market research and competitive analysis.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and inspiration to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.
