Job Responsibilities: \xc3\x98 Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our real estate development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audiences. \xc3\x98 Lead the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, and digital assets, to effectively showcase our properties and attract prospective buyers. \xc3\x98 Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engine optimization, and email marketing, to drive traffic and engagement. \xc3\x98 Collaborate with creative agencies, photographers, videographers, and other external partners to produce high-quality marketing materials and assets. \xc3\x98 Plan and execute engaging promotional events, exhibitions, and open houses to showcase our properties and engage with potential buyers. \xc3\x98 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the real estate industry, and incorporate findings into marketing strategies. \xc3\x98 Coordinate with sales teams to support lead generation efforts, provide marketing materials, and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process. \xc3\x98 Analyze marketing performance metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and generate reports to evaluate ROI and inform future marketing decisions. \xc3\x98 Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending to maximize impact and achieve marketing goals. \xc3\x98 Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory changes in the real estate market in the UAE, and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
