Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at Imtiaz Developments. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for market planning, marketing management, market research, sales, and public relations. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing marketing campaigns, driving sales growth, and maintaining positive public relations. Qualifications
  • Preparing and delivering marketing plans within company objectives
  • Contributing ideas to lead marketing campaigns
  • Create awareness of and develop the brand
  • Oversee and manage the marketing budget.
  • Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective
  • Establish KPIs for marketing budgets and monitor spends performance and ROI to present to management on a monthly basis.
  • Liaising with suppliers in relation to any marketing activity as per company requirements. E.g., OOH advertising, publishers, newsletters, media, social media agencies etc.
  • Organize and implement all aspects of company events such as launches, events, interviews, conferences, receptions and exhibitions, including compiling product and literature lists to display or demonstrate
  • Produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines aligned with messaging and creative briefs
  • Create and edit graphics for web, social. Email, purchased media print digital and outdoor advertisements
  • Come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
  • Generating dynamic written graphic and video social media content associated with the approved strategy and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.
  • Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement e g comments and shares
  • Assist in the management of social media communications and provide responsive real-time engagement (community management)
  • Generating reports for digital marketing campaigns using data based analytics tools and also presenting this data in an easy to understand format
Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press, radio or TV Create collateral including flyers, signage, schedule print advertisements etc. following brand guidelines Monitor current campaigns, ensuring staff meets deadlines and complete necessary tasks Monitoring competitor activity and generating leads for products and services.
