Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and oversee the marketing strategies and initiatives for our esteemed hospitality group. Collaborate with the Sales and Revenue Management teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing initiatives to drive room bookings, event bookings, and other revenue-generating opportunities.
Manage the development of marketing collaterals, website content, email marketing campaigns, and other marketing materials to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality content.
Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and market trends to optimize marketing efforts, generate actionable insights, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing activities and maintain strong relationships.
Stay abreast of industry best practices, new marketing tools and technologies, and emerging trends to continuously innovate and improve the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and delivering results within set targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master\'s degree is a plus.
Proven experience (6 years) in a senior marketing role within the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including hotel operations, event management, and food and beverage services.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and online advertising strategies.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
