Objective: To head the marketing activities for MEFITPRO, majorly focusing on Digital Social Media Marketing/Ad-campaigns and also on Branding, CRM & E-commerce. To provide marketing support to different business units/departments of the organization and be a part of their continued success. Responsibilities: General:
Manage the marketing P&L, prepare, present & allocate marketing budgets to all the departments of the organization.
Team up with department heads and collaborate with them to develop and execute the marketing strategy with an aim of generating more business/revenue.
Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company\'s brand image and drive qualified traffic.
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies & vendors.
Manage events, exhibitions & PR.
Responsible for achieving individual as well as team KPIs.
Social Media Marketing/Digital Campaigns.
Plan, manage and oversee the social media platforms of MEFITPRO with an aim of engaging customers and branding.
Oversee the creation/production of creative, valuable and engaging content for all social media platforms with an objective of reaching masses and to the target audience.
Plan and implement the digital strategy by analysing engagement data and by identifying trends in customer interactions.
Deploy successful marketing campaigns/ad-campaigns on digital media and own their implementation from ideation to execution - with an objective to target the right audience.
Review/Analyse sales data and make strategical changes in the respective platforms & campaigns.
CRM, Website & E-commerce:
Manage the CRM segment for the business focusing on lead generation and data management.
Responsible for creating, proofreading, editing website and blog content.
Manage/Oversee e-commerce in terms of defining and executing strategies to increase sales.
Requirements
Creative & proactive mindset.
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, at least 2 years managerial.
Experience in Performance media, social media marketing and branding.
Tech savvy focusing on web tools and latest marketing trends.
Excellent working experience with Google ads and Google analytics.
Exposure to organizing events & managing PR.
Experience in marketing within the wellness industry is highly preferred.
Passionate about working out and having good knowledge in this stream (work outs, nutrition, fitness concepts, sports etc..)
Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic is plus.
