The position plays a key role in supporting Foodservice Chains through effective planning and execution with all Marketing tools including strategic planning, consumer and market research, trend & taste analysis, menu mapping, consumer trends etc. He/she will need to plan, lead and execute the Foodservice Chains initiatives supporting Kerry's Foodservice growth objectives and areas of focus.Key responsibilities
Tailor corporate calendar campaigns led by insight to MEA Chains e.g: Smoke & Grill, Tastesense
Help elevate sales on strategic pillars i.e. brands, preservation
Support co-branding initiatives including developing relationship with other marketing functions (PepsiCo, Tabasco, Coca-Cola) Manage relationship with designated marketing leads in top customers (Starbucks, McDonald's, KFC etc.)
Support sales team in developing presentations for gold tier customer interactions
Track, report and evaluate Kerry and key competitors LTO across MEA
Track and report chains activities across other regions (APMEA, Europe, North America etc.)
Lead engagement in top customers, trade shows, competitions etc.
Lead ad hoc research development for menu development, LTOs and pro-active sells for top customers
Lead the Trends Express quarterly Newsletter
Qualifications and skills
Related Bachelor's Degree & strong passion for marketing and food/food technology
Min 3 years of experience in either FMCG/ Food & Beverage marketing/ product management in a multi-national company environment
Excellent presentation and communications skills
Strong analytical skills analyzing consumer / marketing / sales data - Ability to anticipate customer (internal and external) needs
Strong project time management skills; ability to manage multiple details and deadlines in a matrix organizations
Strong consulting and facilitation skills (diplomatic and collaborative).
High energy, can-do approach, high level of emotional intelligenc
A passion for actively engaging across the business, building partnerships based on trust and integrity.
Experience working within the Middle East
Experience working for or with QSR or coffee shop chain customers in the develpment of promotional programmes, NPD and menu development
