Do you want to be a part of a team building the future Beauty shopping destination for the middle east ?Amazon Premium Beauty is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive key perception-building elements of GCC Beauty businesses on both on and off-platform channels by using content as a medium of communication. This role includes planning and executing social media strategies, managing brand and influencer collaborations, and increasing engagement through category-specific social properties, while building video workstreams curated for each product category and driving up brand engagement across them. This role will also assist in PR activities, including organic media coverage, paid media activations, by spearheading execution management and reporting ownership.This role will be required to build a thorough understanding of what drives a customer to shop Premium Beauty products via analysis of on-platform customer data and awareness of current market trends to design a content-first strategy for the business. They will be responsible for overseeing content development and take data-backed decisions to leverage central programs like (a) live video shopping, (b) influencer marketing, (c) video creation programs and (d) public relations for brand's benefit. The role also requires high innovation and execution capabilities as they will be working in a dynamic environment with frequent developments that will have to be actioned on and leveraged immediately. They are expected to be well aware of beauty and fashion trends and be pro-active in ensuring that Amazon's communication is keeping pace with global trendsKey job responsibilities 1) Social Media Strategy & Execution: Plan, oversee, execute and analyze performance of social media strategies for Beauty, including brand and influencer collaborations and copy writing of editorial and branded content. Develop and manage category-specific social properties, increasing engagement and visibility for category priorities through COOP and brand-focused initiatives. Plan for content deliverables across offline and online activations.(2) Brand Partnerships & Funding: Pitch and secure brand collaboration for social media, new campaign launches, and influencer-driven content. Also manage and execute content partnerships, including, customized calendars, performance tracking and brand-specific activations.(3) Public Relations & Media Outreach: Implementation of category-wise initiatives while spearheading execution and reporting of Amazon Beauty media activations driving organic and paid media coverage through press releases and more.(4) Product Summary Videos (PSVs): Optimize video creation for products and product categories by streamlining brand videos, overseeing video generation in-house, streamlining video data base, identifying content whitespaces and conducting performance analysis.(5) Emerging Platform Exploration: Identify and experiment with new social platforms (e.g., Pinterest, Snapchat) to expand audience reach and drive engagement.(6) Scorecard & Performance Tracking: Create monthly performance scorecards to track key metrics on Beauty customer lifecycle.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS1. Passion for Beauty as a category 2. Prior experience in social media and handling traffic driving mechanisms and other marketing channels. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Experience with Excel 5. Strong bias for action and ability to prfioritize. 6.
