Marketing Manager B2B SAAS Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role in marketing Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred Languages: English and/or Arabic About the role This role is pivotal in the Company in leading strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads and support overall business growth. As a seasoned marketing professional, you will oversee all aspects of marketing activities and collaborate crossfunctionally to ensure alignment with company objectives. Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet company objectives and revenue targets. Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and professional growth. Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and content marketing. Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to develop marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and product messaging that resonate with target audiences. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. Manage the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communications and touchpoints. Drive lead generation initiatives through targeted campaigns and effective use of marketing automation tools. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies accordingly. Cultivate relationships with industry partners, media outlets, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership. Represent Company at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements to promote brand awareness and thought leadership. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in marketing, and continuously innovate and evolve marketing strategies to stay ahead of the curve. Manage marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure ROI on marketing investments. Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals.
