We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies within the automotive sector, focusing on multi-brand service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry, with expertise in after-sales services, customer retention, and brand development. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth, increase brand awareness, and ensure customer loyalty.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote services.
• Tailor marketing campaigns to address key customer needs within the segment (e.g., maintenance, repair, parts, accessories).
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for service expansion or improvement.
• Oversee the development and execution of brand positioning.
• Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all communication channels and customer touchpoints.
• Design and implement customer loyalty programs aimed at increasing repeat business for after-sales.
• Develop communication strategies to engage customers post-purchase, fostering long-term relationships.
• Use CRM tools to track customer behavior and customize offers, ensuring an enhanced customer experience.
• Lead the digital marketing initiatives to increase online visibility and drive traffic to service booking platforms, ensuring customer engagement and service conversions.
• Manage online advertising, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and email marketing campaigns focused on services.
• Optimize the website and social media channels to deliver relevant content and promotions.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, leveraging data and KPIs to optimize strategies and increase ROI.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance, customer insights, and market trends to senior management.
• Use analytics tools to evaluate customer acquisition, retention rates, and service performance.
• Organize and execute promotional events, such as service camps, and promotional discounts, to drive service bookings and awareness.
Education: Bachelor's / master's degree in marketing.
• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in the automotive industry.
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, with a focus on customer retention and service-driven strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and performance analysis tools.
