Drive Marketing strategy and execution for portfolio of luxury brands through developing and executing omni marketing plans according to the specific and identified needs of the BU
Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant Principal requirements and guidelines, ensuring that all the respective brands within the BU apply and adhere to the guidelines across all managed marketing activities
Work with the cross functional teams to align on brand strategy and deliver marketing activation in line with business and brand expectations
Identify opportunities to enhance and build stronger brand equity for all brands represented and make suitable recommendations
Map competitorsxe2x80x98 activities vis a vis communication, pricing, packaging and planning in relation to allocated Al Tayer brand strategy
Maintain coordination will all ATG stakeholders to ensure full awareness of forthcoming campaigns and marketing activations
Provide reports to BU / Principals on brand performance, marketing initiatives, customer mix, post event reports after each sponsorship/display activity ,etc as required
Ensure accurate maintenance of the archiving system for all executed elements in the marketing calendar
Maintain effective working relations and contacts with key external parties, such as vendors, mall management, etc
Manage budget accordingly to business priorities and ensure tracking
Manage and motivate the team to carry out the marketing plans and develop talent
Years of Experience7 to 10 of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role working with/for brand consciousorganizations in a relevant retail industry. Lux background preferred.Knowledge and Skillsxc2xb7 Strong collaboration skillsxc2xb7 Experienced presenterxc2xb7 Omni-channel experiencexc2xb7 Must have a good command of English.
