Our brands include Bloomingdales, Harvey Nichols and Armani to name just a few!About the RoleTo plan and ensure execution of marketing campaigns, promotions and events for the allocated Business Portfolio (BP), in full alignment with the policies and procedures of the Al Tayer Group (ATG) and the Brand / Principals guidelines.What Youll Be DoingFunctional Roles & Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Drive the Lifestyle Marketing division through developing and executing omni marketing plans according to the specific and identified needs of the BU.\xc2\xb7 Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant Principal requirements and guidelines, ensuring that all the respective brands within the BU apply and adhere to the guidelines across all managed marketing activities.\xc2\xb7 Work with the cross functional teams to align on brand strategy and deliver marketing activation in line with business and brand expectations.\xc2\xb7 Identify opportunities to enhance and build stronger brand equity for all brands represented and make suitable recommendations.\xc2\xb7 Map competitors activities vis a vis communication, pricing, packaging and planning in relation to allocated Al Tayer brand strategy.\xc2\xb7 Maintain coordination will all ATG stakeholders to ensure full awareness of forthcoming campaigns and marketing activations.\xc2\xb7 Provide reports to BU / Principals on brand performance, marketing initiatives, customer mix, post event reports after each sponsorship/display activity, etc as required.\xc2\xb7 Ensure accurate maintenance of the archiving system for all executed elements in the marketing calendar.\xc2\xb7 Maintain effective working relations and contacts with key external parties, such as vendors, mall management, etc.\xc2\xb7 Manage budget accordingly to business priorities and ensure tracking.\xc2\xb7 Manage and motivate the team to carry out the marketing plans and develop talent.About YouEducation/Certification and Continued Education\xc2\xb7 Graduate or Post Graduate Degree, preferably in the field of Business, Marketing Management or Mass Communications.Years of Experience\xc2\xb7 7 to 10 of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role working with/for brand conscious organizations in a relevant retail industry.Knowledge and Skills\xc2\xb7 Strong collaboration skills\xc2\xb7 Experienced presenter\xc2\xb7 Omni-channel experience\xc2\xb7 Must have a good command of English. Arabic language skills would be an advantage\xc2\xb7 Should be able to communicate effectively and have excellent negotiation skills\xc2\xb7 Should be able to lead and motivate teams\xc2\xb7 Should be Computer literate in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint & ExcelAdditional Information
