Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen our brand presence, and drive engagement in the Intellectual Property sector. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership to promote our services and communicate our mission effectively to diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Abou Naja's vision and goals, enhancing our position as a thought leader in the Intellectual Property field.
• Identify and capitalize on market trends, audience insights, and competitive opportunities to drive growth.
Brand Management
• Oversee all branding efforts to ensure consistency and alignment with Abou Naja's mission and values.
• Position the company as an innovative leader in the Intellectual Property industry across the Middle East.
Campaign Development and Execution
• Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote our services, including trademark, patent, and copyright registration, portfolio management, and consultancy.
• Utilize digital, print, and event channels to engage clients and partners effectively.
Content Marketing and Thought Leadership
• Drive the creation of high-quality content, such as blogs, whitepapers, and case studies, showcasing our expertise in Intellectual Property.
• Collaborate with internal teams to highlight success stories and innovations that resonate with clients.
Digital Marketing and Analytics
• Manage the company's online presence, including the website, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and strong engagement.
• Leverage analytics tools to measure and improve the effectiveness of campaigns, reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
Client and Partner Engagement
• Develop marketing initiatives that foster strong relationships with clients and partners, building trust and loyalty.
• Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and connections.
Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
Budget Management
• Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in professional services or Intellectual Property.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
