The main purpose of this role is to lead the development and implementation of the brand strategy and retail marketing programme to support and drive the strategic priorities of the business.
Develop and implement consumer led marketing strategy and plans that support the delivery of retail strategy
Work with BI, Consumer, Category and Market insights to understand key trends that inform short term remedial plans and inform long term strategy
Drive innovation & new marketing technologies
Manage the strategy for retail communication for all signage including digital signage.
Brief, develop, implement and evaluate creative, media, POS that deliver the marketing strategy.
Maintain and develop the image of brand to the highest standards through the provision of successful, professional and exciting promotional campaigns.
Manage creative, media, digital agencies to deliver efficiently and effectively.
Plan and implement marketing promotional activities in line with the company\'s marketing strategy and promotional calendar. Assist in maximising sales and profits through all the marketing and promotions.
Coordinate and implement the annual promotional calendar.
Liaise with e-commerce, to ensure alignment between on-line and in-store communication.
Lead internal communications to key stakeholders in regards marketing campaigns & activities throughout the year.
