Role Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans for the organization. They drive brand awareness, lead generation, and company growth through various channels, ensuring all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals.

- To plan and execute marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, generate leads, drive sales, engage and retain customers, analyze market trends, manage budgets, and ensure compliance, all with the goal of contributing to business growth.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, international business, or a related field is typically required.

6+ years of experience in marketing, with substantial experience in international marketing management.

Deep understanding of international markets, customer behavior, and cultural nuances

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds

Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions

Experience developing and implementing marketing plans in international markets

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
