This role is crucial in positioning each new school as a top educational choice, developing and implementing marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the unique value propositions, curriculum offerings, and facilities of the new campuses. The Marketing Manager will work closely with cross functional teams, including admissions, digital marketing, and communications, to develop targeted campaigns, generate leads, and nurture prospective families through the enrollment journey. Additionally, the role will involve analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and enrollment data to inform marketing strategies and ensure competitive positioning. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the education sector and a strong ability to create compelling, data-driven marketing strategies to establish new schools in the market.Develop and execute tailored marketing plans for each new school launch, clearly highlighting the schools USPs and setting measurable ROI goals.Launch-specific advertising campaigns, exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events to attract prospective families. Support lead generation efforts, working with external agencies to enhance visibility for new schools and track campaign performance. Assist in setting budgets, enrollment targets, and pricing strategies tailored to each new schools market positioning.Conduct competitor analysis specific to each new schools market area, including mystery shopping to assess local offerings and refine our positioning.Qualifications, Experience & Skills Bachelor degree in Marketing. Minimum Experience A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the region Marketing experience is required Experience in the Education sector is preferred Effective analytic and quantitative skills and ability to use data to develop and measure planning and programming strategies
