The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing strategic marketing plans for the company and overseeing the implementation of various efforts associated with the marketing plan. This may include evaluating various marketing campaigns, leading marketing research efforts, or coordinating initiatives across a variety of channels. The Marketing Manager manages marketing programs to support business objectives, lead acquisition, customer retention, business development, service and sales support, and brand building.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across various channels and sectors to support the overall strategic marketing plan.
Research and analyze market trends and competitors.
Supervise advertising campaigns
Negotiating and communicating with external marketing agencies.
Take care of the marketing department's budget and ensure that spending the budget achieves a return on investment.
Oversee the company's attendance at events such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals
Manage the design and production of promotional materials such as websites and brochures.
Study economic indicators, track changes between supply and demand, identify customers and their high and future needs, and monitor competition.
Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders and external agencies and suppliers.

Academic qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
5 to 10 years of work experience
Familiarity with the creative side of marketing and design
Knowledge in dealing with technology tools and modern techniques
Fluent in English
