Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization to attract potential clients and retain existing ones. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and positioning.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
• Digital Marketing:
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
• Content Creation and Management:
• Develop engaging content for various platforms, including website, blog, social media, and print materials.
• Manage content calendar and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Budget Management:
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing spend and return on investment (ROI).
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Event Planning and Coordination:
• Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
• Manage event logistics and post-event analysis.
• Partnerships and Collaboration:
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and media outlets.
• Collaborate with influencers and industry leaders to enhance brand visibility.
• Reporting and Analytics:
• Generate regular reports on marketing performance metrics.
• Use data-driven insights to refine and improve marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills Arabic & English.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in Digital Marketing or Media Marketing.
• Graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
