Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in the UAE market, with a proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns, particularly in the corporate and immigration services sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and client acquisition.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital and print content.
• Manage social media platforms and online advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, agencies, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience: 8-10 years of marketing experience in the UAE, preferably in corporate or immigration services.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
