Role Description: The Market Lead will be responsible for overseeing and executing all strategic marketing and promotional activities for Sunny Wellness and Medical Centre. This role demands a proactive individual who can develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, drive client acquisition, and maintain market competitiveness. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company\'s business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns across various channels
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Enhance brand visibility and reputation in the market.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Utilize analytics to measure ROI and optimize marketing strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Collect and analyze market and customer feedback.
- Incorporate feedback into marketing strategies to improve service offerings.
- Maintain a feedback loop with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic marketing role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
