The marketing lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the planning and execution of all marketing activities carried out by the company, including but not limited to promotional and BTL campaigns, marketing events, and all other relevant activities. The marketing lead is responsible for covering the following areas of tasks:Offline and online marketing activity planning and execution
Oversee and manage all matters related to BTL activities and campaigns in all the regions the company conducts official activities within, in alignment with the product and sales teams;
Strategize, plan (on a quarterly and yearly basis), and execute marketing activities to aid the increase of customer satisfaction and lifetime value, generate leads, and increase revenue. These activities include but are not limited to:
Conducting events involving various stakeholders;
Promotional campaigns in relevant market segments (channel, retail, and value-added distribution);
Branding activities carried out for the company or its brand partners;
Participating in various conventions and exhibitions; and
Customer loyalty programs and schemes.
Network closely with brand and sales partners to understand their needs and requirements to amend strategies and plans as necessary to increase visibility and sales; and
Oversee design, development, and distribution of all marketing material related to marketing activities and segments (this includes online marketing material for partners).
Monitoring and managing marketing workflows and processes
Oversee major and minor aspects of marketing processes and create workflows, as necessary, for better streamlining such processes;
Oversee the creation and maintenance of all guidelines related to properly executing marketing responsibilities; and
Manage and train interns hired for carrying out marketing activities.
Researching, recording, and analyzing information/data
Measure and report, on a quarterly and yearly basis, the performance of all marketing activities and campaigns carried out, assessing their performance against the department\xe2\x80\x99s KPIs;
Closely monitor and analyze campaign data from marketing activities to best improve company marketing practices and make recommendations about changes to the company\xe2\x80\x99s overall marketing and sales strategies and goals; and
Research the latest marketing trends relevant to the industry to make recommendations about strategic changes.
Lead generation and management Oversee and manage, in alignment with the sales and product teams, the proper creation, execution, and maintenance of a proper process for successfully converting leads generated through the company\xe2\x80\x99s marketing activities. Requirements and skills:
Bachelor\'s in business, marketing, or other relevant area.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field.
Previous experience working within distributor organizations.
Deep knowledge of the MENA market.
Track record of generating innovative ideas, processes and solutions that create value.
Strong creative and or design skills desirable.
Organizational ability.
Problem Solving and Decision Making.
