Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service Support: Assist customers via email, phone, and live chat, providing information about our travel packages, itineraries, and services.
• Booking Assistance: Help the sales team with the coordination of bookings, confirmations, and client inquiries.
• Social Media & Content Creation: Support the marketing team by creating engaging content for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), blog posts, and email newsletters.
• Market Research: Assist in researching travel trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to support the development of new travel packages and marketing strategies.
• Administrative Tasks: Help with administrative duties such as data entry, managing customer databases, preparing travel documents, and maintaining records.
• Promotions and Campaigns: Assist with executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and special offers to attract new customers and increase bookings.
• Event Support: Provide support for company events, such as trade shows, webinars, and customer engagement activities.
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the travel and tourism industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Creative thinking with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of design software (like Canva) is a plus.
