Job Description
TasksKey responsibilities:Marketing Communications
- Support in realization of brand and product campaigns in coordination with creative agency
- Collaborating with team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and visual assets
- Involvement in the communication strategy for Icons of Porsche
- Coordination of Dealer Marketing projects in liaison with market counterparts
- Support Marketing Planning & Reporting processes
- Support the development and implementation of engaging Social Media initiatives
- Google My Business Monthly Review and Maintenance
- Supervision of Dealer Website Content changes request
- Support and Coordination on Regional Training Initiative (i.e. Digital Academy)
- Monitor and supervision of the Digital Service Desk (ticketing system)
- General office management of the Marketing department
- Development of presentations for conferences and events
- Support Procurement process (Purchase Requisition Process in SAP)
- University study in business related areas
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Advanced analytical skills
- IT Skills and knowledge of SAP based CRM system desirable
- English written and spoken fluently and strong communication skills
- Automotive passion desirable
- Availability for 6 months required
- Fulltime hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am-6:00pm (weekend Saturday/Sunday)
- 800 USD monthly income plus 100 USD transport allowance
- Leave Allowance of 5 days
- Working visa and health insurance
- Flight to/from Dubai
- 26.08.2024 - 28.02.2025
