Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:

Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for our digital marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters. Collaborate with team members to maintain and update the academy's website and social media profiles.

Social Media Engagement:

Help develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engage with our audience.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and analyze performance metrics to suggest improvements.

Market Research:

Conduct research to identify trends, competitors, and potential marketing opportunities. Compile data and insights to support marketing decisions and strategies.

Event Support:

Assist in planning and promoting events, workshops, and webinars.
Participate in event logistics, such as registration and attendee engagement.

Email Marketing:

Aid in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list management and tracking results.

Analytics and Reporting:

Assist in analyzing marketing data and preparing reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.

General Support:

Collaborate with the marketing team on various projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

Enrolled in or recent graduate from a Bachelor's program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. (Proficiency in English and Hindi is a must) Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts. Basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact.
