Unlock the exciting opportunity to shape the marketing landscape for our Stationery, Lighter, and Shaver categories in Morocco! As a key contributor, you'll drive synergy among internal and external partners, ensuring operational excellence every step of the way. Join our vibrant team, fueled by passion, and be part of creating exceptional products and unforgettable campaigns that captivate and delight our consumers.

What You'll Do:

Support brand team to develop and execute all ATL and BTL activities to meet the company objectives in close collaboration with other departments and agencies. Conduct comprehensive competitive intelligence, analyze market trends, and provide strategic insights to support the company's decision-making processes. Identify key issues and opportunities to increase market share and creatively help in growing the business. Support preparing briefs and ensure agency follow-up for in-store and product training materials. Assist in optimizing monthly digital content for brand goals with the agency. Actively collect on-the-ground feedback to inform ongoing improvements and adjustments.

Projects You'll Work On:

Help build concept-based marketing campaigns, that deliver on both functional and emotional aspects, meaningfully connecting with our core targets. Collaborate closely with the brand team to introduce new products to the market, ensuring a meaningful and impactful launch. Support the implementation of consumer activations aimed at fostering engagement and building brand loyalty.

QUALIFICATIONS

What We're Looking For In You:

You are an undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering. Excel in data-driven decision-making with strong analytical skills. Demonstrate the capacity to work collaboratively in a multifunctional context. Proactive, and organized, excelling in dynamic and swiftly evolving environments. Mandatory fluency in Arabic, French, and English. Stand out for your creativity, empathy, and genuine passion for brands and consumers.
