In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage in diverse Retail tactical campaigns and promotional initiatives that have the potential to significantly impact towards the topline and other achievements and expansion of the organization.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about marketing (all aspects including digital) with a keen eye on current market/retail trends and customer requirements. He/she would assist the Marketing team in developing efficient strategies that are aimed at reaching out to the audience at large, in line with business objective.

Pre-requisites:

• Proven 3-4 years of Retail Marketing experience (•healthcare/wellness industry would be an added advantage!•)
• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing advertising campaigns, developing marketing strategies, and leading brand development initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent team management skills and a solution-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across various channels to maximize reach and effectiveness.
• Marketing Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive business growth.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives.
• Brand Development: Lead initiatives to build and enhance brand identity and positioning in the market.
• Consumer Insights: Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to inform marketing strategies and campaign decisions.
• Branding Agency Management: Collaborate with external branding agencies to ensure cohesive and effective brand representation.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, threats, and competitive positioning.
• Digital Marketing: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement and conversion.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Statement of Works (SOWs): Prepare and manage SOWs for marketing projects and initiatives.
• Proposals: Develop compelling proposals to support marketing initiatives and business development.
• Client Meetings: Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored marketing solutions.
• Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective and efficient allocation of resources.
• Industry Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge.
• Market Dynamics Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
• Solution-Oriented Approach: Address challenges and opportunities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Profit Management: Ensure marketing activities contribute to overall profitability and business objectives.
• Event Planning: Plan and execute successful events that enhance brand presence and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing management, with a focus on the skills outlined above.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Experience working with branding agencies and managing external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong understanding of market research methodologies and consumer insights.
• Good understanding of market research techniques and data analysis
• Analyze, evaluate and propose relevant CRM campaigns
• Familiarity with Social Media and Google web analytics
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• Degree in marketing, Advertising, business administration or relevant discipline

•UAE Driving License preferred

Salary : AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month (based on skills and experience)

Work Location:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
