Job Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Executive with 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE market to join our oil lubricants company. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing marketing strategies, promoting our products, and expanding our brand presence in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and drive sales in the UAE market.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape in the oil lubricants sector.
• Brand Management: Promote the company's brand and products through digital and traditional marketing channels (e.g., social media, trade shows, advertisements).
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, and partners to drive product loyalty and customer retention.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials, product information, and sales tools to support business growth.
• Event Management: Organize and manage promotional events, trade shows, and product demonstrations to showcase products and engage with potential clients.
• Digital Marketing: Manage and enhance the company's online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
• Advertising and Promotions: Oversee the creation and implementation of advertisements, promotional campaigns, and content to support product launches and seasonal sales.
• Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient spending while achieving marketing objectives.
• Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to senior management on ROI and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in the UAE, preferably in the oil lubricants, automotive, or chemical industries.
• Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent organizational abilities, proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of the UAE market dynamics, consumer behavior, and the oil lubricants industry.
