International Radiology Centre (IRC) is seeking a driven, dynamic and people-oriented Marketing Manager with a strong understanding of medical diagnostic imaging. The ideal candidate should be fluent in radiological and medical terminology and should have a well-established network of physicians.
Based in Sharjah, this role primarily involves engaging with hospitals and clinics in Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Dubai, with additional responsibilities for emirates-wide marketing.
The successful candidate will enhance IRC's reputation as a provider of high standard diagnostic imaging services. He or she will drive on-the-ground and digital marketing initiatives, working towards targets and demonstrating sustainable market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
? Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
? Leverage radiology expertise to communicate the value of IRC's services to prospective clients and partners.
? Collaborate with radiologists, medical professionals, and industry stakeholders to identify and address market needs.
? Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for radiology services.
? Prepare and oversee the marketing budget.
? Coordinate and execute marketing activities across various channels including digital, print and events.
? Monitor, analyse and adapt strategies for improvement.
? Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and service enhancement.
Requirements:
? A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
? A minimum of five years' marketing experience in the United Arab Emirates healthcare sector.
? A strong understanding of radiology services, market trends, and medical terminology.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Self-motivated and hard-working with the ability to work independently.
? A UAE driving license and a car for client meetings and events.
