We at Thomsun Group are looking to hire a Retail Marketing Executive Executive for MEP retail Division.

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote products to retail customers. This role involves market research, campaign planning, customer relationship management, and sales support to drive brand awareness and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis :

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.

2. Campaign Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns targeting retail customers.

Coordinate with the creative team to produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.

Coordinate with the digital marketing team for promotions, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.

3. Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers.

Provide customers with marketing support and resources to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

Organize and participate in customer events, trade shows, and product launches.

4. Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.

Develop promotional programs and incentives to drive customer sales.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and customer engagement.

5. Brand Management:

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.

Monitor brand perception and work to enhance brand image among retail customers.

6. Budget Management:

Manage the marketing budget for customer-focused initiatives.

Track and report on budget expenditures and campaign ROI.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the MEP industry

Strong understanding of retail marketing and customer dynamics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
