Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead marketing initiatives for our restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant's brand, offerings, and events.

Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and track performance metrics.

Coordinate with photographers, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility.

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads and email marketing.

Oversee promotions, loyalty programs, and partnerships to increase customer retention.

Collaborate with the operations team to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Track and analyze marketing performance, providing reports and recommendations.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.

Experience in influencer marketing, PR, and event promotions.

Proficiency in marketing tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM software.

Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
