The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our growing Residential Projects Marketing team at Savills Middle East. The ideal candidate will have an interest in real estate and property marketing, with an enthusiasm for collaborating and delivering impactful marketing campaigns for Savills clients. As part of an expanding and high-performing team, the Marketing Executive will play a key role in delivering and executing marketing campaigns to promote residential developments to Middle Eastern and international audiences. The Residential Projects Marketing Executive will report into the Residential Marketing Director and the Head of Residential Projects Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Residential Projects Marketing team with the planning, development and delivery of marketing campaigns for residential projects
• Help propose, manage and deliver project marketing plans, including PR, events, social media, digital channels, and other activities
• Work alongside Savills clients, Savills internal teams, and external suppliers to deliver all project marketing requirements
• Conduct market research into audience profiles / buyer motivations, competitor projects and marketing trends to feed into the development of project marketing strategies
• Form part of the creative process to develop the branding and positioning for new projects working with external design agencies
• Manage social media channels, create content calendars, and engage with followers to promote projects and attract potential buyers
• Manage EDM campaigns, reporting on performance and suggesting new creative ideas
• Assist in the creation, review and delivery of sales and marketing collaterals to promote residential projects (including but not limited to landing pages, websites, EDMs, fact sheets, floorplans, social media assets, videos, display ads, press kits)
• Assist with the planning and delivery of events, such as local launch events and international roadshows. Help deliver event materials, venue sourcing and post-event follow-up communications
• Support the reporting process to monitor campaign performance, including usage of the CRM system
• Proactively suggest ideas, solutions and evolutions in line with the client's campaign objectives
In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
• The chosen candidate will ideally have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications or training in marketing or property marketing is a plus.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management is highly desirable
• A keen interest in the property market, particularly in residential developments, is essential
• Experience in working with large cross-functional developer and/or real estate professional service firm and/or global prime real estate agency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, and external agencies
• The ability to think conceptually. Strong creative skills with an eye for detail, especially in the design and presentation of marketing materials
• Highly organised, self-motivated and reliable. Strong timeline management and delivery execution excellence
• A can-do attitude with ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, as required
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and experience with Canva, as well as content management systems (CMS) is an advantage
