: Marketing Executive - Recruitment Experience

Position : Marketing Executive
Location : UAE

Key Responsibilities :

Client Engagement :

• Travel to meet recruitment agencies, HR professionals, and corporate clients to present and promote the company's products/services.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain a clear understanding of their recruitment needs.

Marketing Campaigns :

• Design and execute marketing strategies targeting the recruitment industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional content and campaigns for recruitment professionals.

Event Management :

• Organize and attend career fairs, recruitment expos, and other industry events.
• Represent the company at networking events and seminars.

Lead Generation & Follow-Up :

• Develop targeted campaigns to generate leads within the recruitment sector.
• Follow up on client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Analytics & Reporting :

• Track campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

Requirements :

• Experience : Minimum 2 years in recruitment or HR services.
• Skills : Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Other : Familiarity with the UAE's recruitment industry is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
