Assist with the roll out of all the hotel\'s marketing strategies, campaigns and projects
Support delivery of integrated marketing campaigns including development and management of project timelines, co-ordinating the development of marketing materials, and liaising with internal stakeholders as well as external agencies
Create strong campaigns for social media, promotional events and marketing materials for internal and external communications
Create compelling and impactful materials to promote competitions and promotions
Complete campaign trackers weekly, including Post Campaign analysis reports in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
Create and develop creative briefs for third-party content creators and production teams
Should have an eye for creativity and visual aesthetic, knowledgeable in using a camera for in-house photography
Together with the guidance of the Marketing Manager, build a strong promotional calendar across all products/outlets with clear objectives and activities that support business goals

Qualifications

Experience in a similar marketing role
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques
Creative thinking with a strategic mindset
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Be flexible and able to prioritize workload
Russian Speaker is an advantage
