Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Marketing Executive and Personal Assistant . This dual-role position combines responsibility in supporting our marketing initiatives with handling personal assistant tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, creativity, and a high level of attention to detail. You will play a key role in driving our marketing efforts while ensuring smooth daily operations for the executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Executive Responsibilities:
• Content Creation & Social Media Management: Develop engaging content for our social media platforms, blog, website, and marketing materials. Monitor social media trends and manage daily updates to ensure an active online presence.
• Marketing Campaigns: Design, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to boost engagement, leads, and sales.
• Marketing Strategy & Planning: Assist in the development of marketing strategies, including market research, brand positioning, and competitor analysis. Support the execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
• Reporting & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute marketing events, webinars, and promotional campaigns, both virtual and in-person, to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
• Scheduling & Calendar Management: Organize and manage the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure efficient use of time.
• Correspondence & Communication: Screen calls, emails, and other communications. Draft, proofread, and send responses on behalf of the executive as needed.
• Administrative Support: Prepare presentations, reports, and documents, as well as assist with other administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.
• Task Management: Help prioritize daily tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and action items are completed.
• Maintain a professional office environment, ensuring cleanliness and supply availability.
• Oversee basic IT setup and troubleshooting for a seamless work environment.
• Draft and manage official letters, communications, and reports.
• Schedule and organize meetings, supporting management with administrative tasks.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Commitment to handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Proven experience in marketing and campaign management.
• Strong skills in planning and executing social media campaigns.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
