We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the food industry and possess a blend of creativity and analytical skills. You will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and building brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Campaigns & Strategy :
• Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitors.
• Help create promotional strategies for new and existing food products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing plans.
• Brand Management :
• Contribute to the creation of marketing materials (brochures, digital content, advertisements).
• Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Support the launch of new products and services, ensuring they align with the brand's identity.
• Social Media & Digital Marketing :
• Manage the company's social media accounts and create engaging content.
• Track and analyze digital marketing performance (SEO, SEM, and social media metrics).
• Coordinate online advertising campaigns and promotions.
• Consumer Engagement & Public Relations :
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and influencers.
• Support public relations efforts by drafting press releases, blog posts, and newsletters.
• Plan and organize events or tastings to engage consumers and promote the brand.
• Data Analysis & Reporting :
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics.
• Use data to refine and improve marketing strategies.
• Analyze consumer feedback and market trends to adjust strategies.
• Collaboration :
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
• Liaise with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors.
Qualifications:
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience :
• UAE experience is a must.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media management, and content creation.
• Skills :
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software/tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
• Language : Proficiency in [insert language(s)] is required.
