We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the UAE market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in executing marketing strategies. This role requires a proactive professional who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans tailored to the UAE market.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Organize and oversee marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to generate leads and support client acquisition efforts.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Prepare regular reports and present marketing insights to management.
• Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities in the region.
• Travel extensively within the UAE to meet clients, attend events, and support marketing activities. Travel Allowance (TA) and other allowances will be provided.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• Minimum 2 years in a marketing role within the UAE or 1+ year as a BDE/BDM in the UAE market (preferred).
• Freshers with relevant education and a strong interest in marketing are welcome to apply.
• Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of UAE's market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and business environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns and achieve measurable results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in industries such as retail, FMCG, or services sectors.
• Multilingual skills are a plus (Arabic preferred but not mandatory).
