Job Title: Marketing Account Manager (Arabic Speaker)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Marketing or PR, with demonstrated experience in Social Media Content Creation.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote services.
• Prepare monthly marketing plans and ensure goals are met.
• Liaise with bloggers and influencers to secure collaborations and required deliverables.
• Create engaging daily content for Instagram and other platforms as needed, including a minimum of 8 to 9 stories per day and spontaneous reels using iPhone tools.
• Coordinate photoshoots with photographers in alignment with the marketing plan.
• Strategically showcase our clinic and services in the best possible light to attract and retain clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all channels.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance our marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Marketing or PR, with a focus on social media content creation.
• Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of photography and basic editing skills is a plus.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
