Job Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our Artisan Bakers team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will focus on planning and executing marketing campaigns, enhancing customer engagement, and managing loyalty programs. The role requires expertise in marketing strategies, knowledge of the F&B industry, and the ability to analyze market trends to boost customer retention and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Loyalty Program Management:
• Plan, develop, and execute the Artisan Bakers loyalty program to drive customer retention and increase repeat purchases.
• Monitor program performance and analyze data to optimize rewards, customer engagement, and ROI.
• Collaborate with the customer care team to ensure a seamless customer experience for loyalty members.
Campaign Planning & Execution:
• Design and implement marketing campaigns for promotions, new product launches, and seasonal events.
• Coordinate with the design team to produce creative assets for campaigns.
• Ensure campaigns are effectively communicated through digital and offline channels.
Brand Management:
• Maintain consistency in branding across all marketing materials, ensuring alignment with Artisan Bakers' premium image.
• Support initiatives to enhance the brand's presence in the local market, including in-store branding and collaborations.
Customer Engagement:
• Create strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction through personalized marketing efforts and exclusive loyalty rewards.
• Organize promotional activities such as events, sampling, and in-store promotions to enhance customer experience.
Market Analysis:
• Conduct regular market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Use insights to recommend and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
Collaborations & Partnerships:
• Identify potential collaborations with other brands, influencers, or community groups to enhance brand visibility.
• Partner with delivery platforms and loyalty management systems to enhance customer access and convenience.
Reporting & Analytics:
• Track the success of marketing initiatives and loyalty programs, preparing detailed reports for the management team.
• Monitor and manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaigns and promotions.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the F&B industry in Dubai or the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
